We want you to love your new shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund.

Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back in its original Jeffrey Campbell box and secure it inside a shipping mailer.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
